What’s Inside Every Pack

Cell Technology

Latest-generation 21700-class cells chosen for very high energy density, low internal resistance, and stable high-current delivery. Balanced for output, thermal behavior, and cycle life for aggressive flight profiles. Cell selection is tailored to the mission; model may vary.

Nickel-Clad Copper Busbars

Custom-geometry Ni-clad Cu interconnects minimize resistive loss while improving weldability and corrosion resistance. Geometry is tuned for current density, heat spread, and high pull-strength joints.

Micro-TIG Interconnect Control

Closed-loop control of welding variables (current, pulse width, overlap) in a controlled station, with in-process pull testing to confirm the process stays within guide rails. Parameter logs support rapid troubleshooting.

Custom S/P Configurations

Fully customizable series/parallel counts and pack geometries to match your voltage, current, and envelope constraints. Harnesses, connectors, labeling, and cable lengths are built to spec.

Balance Leads (BMS-Ready)

Integrated balance leads enable offboard battery management when mission rules allow. Omitting an onboard BMS reduces mass and wiring complexity—translating into improved range and agility.

Silicone Wiring

High-strand silicone insulation for exceptional flexibility, vibration tolerance, and temperature performance—simplifying routing and reducing strain at soldered and welded joints.

Validation & Test

Impact resistance (drop/fixture), weld pull strength, and high-discharge/thermal profiling confirm pack integrity under real-use transients and sustained loads.

Traceable Parts & Lots

Barcode-based part and lot tracking from cells to finished pack, linked to process parameters and fixtures—accelerating root-cause analysis of any field excursions.
